Subject " The Freedom of Speech under attack by the " Speech Police ".

I have to state up front that I don't like, therefore don't use, the term " Guy's "
because I believe it is an Americanism that has invaded the Aussie language,
but that has absolutely 
nothing to do with the ludicrous, absurd to say nothing
of ridiculous campaign of DCA 
to try and ban the word " Guy's " from the work place.

The Diversity Council of Australia could be the equivalent to the various " Islamic Religious
Police " that roam the various Muslim country's cities like some " Vice Squad " enforcing
Sharia Law in respect to religious behaviour or ? in the case of the DCA gender neutral
speech in accordance with their definition of being " Politically Correct " where before we
speak we must first consider our words very carefully, and insure we use the like's of
unidentified gender and pronouns, so as not to offend the persons or groups we are talking
to and their sensibilities.

Certainly the use of " GUYS " is a very No! No!

Could be a very slow and boring conversation, presentation, debate, discussion what do

DCA I gather works in conjunction with Reconciliation Australia and The Workplace
Ready Program which is an initiative funded by the Aussie Tax Payers via the
Australian Government.

Wow guys ? how is that for a " Stick your nose in anywhere very controversial set
of job descriptions and terms of reference " ? maybe as there is a Federal Election
in full swing, and as such with all this publicity DCA might have hoped to get the
opportunity to stick their hands into the Aussie Tax Payers pockets for some
hand
out for gender diversity and an anti " Guy's program ".

Guy's with DCA's job description and terms of reference they have to
be very 
controversial, because otherwise in an ideal world they would be redundant
and out

However, maybe this controversial bumptious little prick David Morrison is going to
produce another selfie YouTube video like he did when he appeared personally, as the
Aussie Army Chief, telling the males in the Aussie Army, in a very aggressive manner,
that if they are not accepting of women in the army
they should " GET OUT "which
he repeated a number of times.

I wonder if David Morrison when producing this YouTube video will just as aggressively
tell all Aussies, that if we are not accepting of the fact that the use of the gender
sensitive word " Guy's " is now not tolerated then we should all "GET OUT ".

If you have nothing better to do one rainy Sunday arvo have a look, butchers hook,
we had better quickly use Aussie rhyming slang before we are stopped by DCA for
offending the female, LGBT butchers, at the video which went viral and ofcourse
made this little prick and his " Little man syndrome " feel 6' or 190 cm tall.

convince the Australia Day Panel that this aggressive little
" Political Correct "
Ex Army General, because by this time Morrison had left the army
and by all accounts
there were more " Cheers than tears " when he did by the army
personnel in general, was the ideal candidate for the "Australian of the Year 2016",
which Morrison became and is currently, and which probably got him onto the DCA
board as Chairman ?.

Morrison has been very divisive and controversial right from his acceptance speech
on the night of the presentation by putting at least (75%) of Aussies viewing/listening
offside by promoting equality, especially marriage, and forgot to mention what he was
going to do for the Army Veterans, which brought about a massive public backlash and
and a call that Morrison had demeaned, devalued and trivialised the position of
"Australian of the Year ".

In all my now 75 going on 76 years I don't recall a more unpopular choice of this
most 
prestigious and celebrated honour of"The Australian of the Year"than
Ex General David

As Ex military myself I know what it is like to be under the command of these jumped up
little peacocks, where you see the like's of Army Chief General David Morrison inspecting
the troops/guard of owner and where the top of his little head only just comes up to the
breast buttons of the majority of the men ? maybe women also ? he is inspecting.

The other officers trailing behind are told to stay a pace or three back, and if he stops to
talk to one of the troops not to crowd them, thereby not emphasising the height difference,
or in his case the 'Lack' of it.

It has been my unfortunate experience with little army officers that they are the pinnacle
personified of the"Little Man Syndrome"and what they lose in physical stature they more
than make up for as nasty bastards, forever trying to prove how good they are at theexpense
of us tall blokes,should I say blokes after all that identifies my gender.

Therefore in my experience this job of being controversial is right up this little Ex General
David Morrison street, he will absolutely relish the lime light so watch out for a lot more
selfie YouTube video's telling the rest of us Aussies what to do, when, and how, or
" GET OUT " just like he

So someone should inform the General that military ranks don't count in civvy street!!

Now it could be said that I am over reacting and this is only a trivial matter and will soon
be laughed off so move on.

Well one thing about getting old you carry with you a life time, in my case (7) plus decades,
of history and experience,and from that history and experience I have more than enough
proof, past and current, that humans left to their own devices without a sufficient set out
boundaries, terms and conditions plus controls cannot be trusted and we get emboldened
by our success and as the old saying goes - imperial - " Give us an inch and we will take a
yard " - digital - " Give us say (2) cm we will take a metre " and therefore it is obvious from
reading DCA's " Organisational Context " that this controversial DCA mob make a living
out of this highly charged and controversial " Diversity subject " and the more controversial
the better it is, the media especially the like's of the ABC lap this stuff up, and give this DCA
the promotional advertising it could only dream of, and certainly could not afford, and is just
the thin end of the wedge.

If this bureaucratic, army, military style of control in what we say, do, when and how is allowed
to get out of control there can become legal aspects of it, where we find ourselves defending
our actions in a court of law in regard to being accused of offending someone's sensibilities,
not really based on actual law but societies now accepted norm ?.

So people, whoops sorry " Guy's", don't just whinge when you see the little Ex General
David Morrison and his snooty faced DCA CEO Lisa Annese in the media, make sure that
if it
appears our pollies/bureaucrats are starting to take this DCA mob seriously that
your voice is heard loud and clear because once these " Controversial Politically Correct "
lobbyist's and their self interested supporters, get a foot hold in the door, it is only one more
step and their in and the door closed behind them!! good luck trying to chuck them out.
