People regardless what you might think about having a Foreign English Queen as our Head of State and that person wishing you a Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year you obviously realise that it is nothing personal and accept the wishes as you would from anyone else.

I believe generally that this would be the same when our PM Tony Abbott and wife Margaret also wished you a Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year regardless whether you voted for him or not or the way you believe he is running the country.
 

Kathy - Alleged Rape Victim.
 
However ? how would you feel if you were Kathy a 44-45 year old NSW Nurse watching on TV one of the most powerful and influential men in Aussie who you allege raped you as a (16) year old and where you sincerely believe that the Victoria Police did not do their investigations thoroughly and the Aussie major media chose to turn a blind eye and some what ignore your plight because of this blokes political power and overall influence in Aussie and this bloke being the illustrious Teflon Bill Shorten our Union & Labor Federal Opposition Leader and potentially our next PM wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year??

Then to add insult to injury the major media in general accept Teflon Bill Shortens pathetic attempt to in his words " Draw a line under it " and refuse to discuss the matter without question leaving Kathy no doubt feeling used and humiliated??

That is why I hope this Victorian QC Peter Faris is able to help Kathy get her day in court because this has nothing from my point of view to do with politics - although I would not trust Teflon Bill Shorten to run the school tuck shop let alone a 2 - 3 trillion dollar economy - this is all about ensuring that the rich, powerful and influential like this bloke Teflon Bill don't get the cream when it comes to common every day justice and fair play and the rest of us plebbs get the rough end of the pineapple??
 
However until that happens I like many people like me are not going to let this matter rest and as of today the 26/12/2014 over a period of some 10 and a half weeks I have received some 12,078 page views of my blog posts - over a 1000 per week and growing - about 35% USA, 25% Aussie and the rest from Russia,China across to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Uk, Canada, South American Countries and back down to New Zealand and many in between and this does not include the many viewers/readers that download my posts and forward them on? plus ofcourse Face Book and the 100's including the Bcc's where these emails go directly to their inboxes.
 
Now some could skeptically state well so what with that circulation??

This " David and Goliath " or " Kathy and Bill " battle is far from over as it should not be because no matter who is right or wrong this great nation of ours cannot allow any injustice to flourish based on political or otherwise influence! power! or financial resources because injustice has a ravenous, voracious appetite and there is no knowing what it will consume next??
 
However people if you are content to let the " Goliaths " of this world do what they want! when! how and how often! then don't whinge when they give you and/or your friends and loved ones a kick in the guts you don't recover from!!!.
