G/day readers wherever you are in Aussie and around the world, I seem to gather a new country
of readers every week,where I hope you are well and enjoying life to the best you can considering
your circumstances and that 2019 brings you health,happiness and prosperity.

Well readers I have to ask ?? " Where has this bloke Viv Forbes been " because as from my point

of view had it not been me receiving the attached information,scroll down, I would not have heard

of him.However ofcourse not hearing or reading about people that have a contrary view/opinion in
regard to the " Doom and Gloom let's cut our throats now all is lost " from the climate evangelists/
/propagandist mobs is only to common with the media in Aussie and around the world,

For let's face it is the ' NORM ',believing that reporting" Armageddon " where dramatic and
catastrophic events are seen to likely destroy the world or at least the human race as we know it
today and into the future sells newsprint,encourages radio listening and TV viewing and therefore
anything contrary to that may get any " Thinking " I emphasise" Thinking "! people to question
whether or not the media is presenting " FAKE NEWS " as facts? stating that the scientific evidence
is in based on climate " Modeling " going out 10,20,50,100 years from now ? really ? ask them when

was the last hurricane/cyclone like storms to hit the Aussie Queensland,USA coastline predicted
? probably about a week before they happened.

" Modeling " more than not found to be ideological,biased,guesstimates hoping to gain additional
tax payer funding for even more research,sell you " Green Energy,solar panels,inverters which
normally only have a (10 ) years performance/damage warranty period,plus batteries,batteries
that may have a shelf life of say (10) years at the most which is about the time period they
estimate it will take to write off the capital,purchase and instillation costs of (10)'s of 1000's of
dollars for both panels,inverter and batteries,? that is ofcourse based on the supposition/belief
that the current " Mains power from the grid " will remain the same or increase and ofcourse it
surely does not take Professor Einstein to calculate that if " Not " and the price goes down,as
we are being promised,and continues too then the cost may never effectively be written off ???.

I gather the effectiveness of the photovoltaic cells in the solar panels deteiriates by about (1%)
per year per panel over and above the effect that any of the omnipresent factors which could
include the like's of dust,humidity and even air velocity.

Mayor Cr Col Murray of Tamworth Regional Council who is currently serving in his 4th term on

council and his 9th year as Mayor.He was first elected Mayor in 2010 and served as Deputy
Mayor for two years.

Recently I listened to Tamworth Regions major Community Radio Station 88.9 FM in a section

referred to as " The Pulse " where two program hosts interviewed Mayor Murray in regard to

the TRC investing the rate payers funds - refer The Northern Daily Leaders article ' Clear Skies ',

an estimated budget of some $248,000 to convert Ray Walsh House the TRC head office and

many other TRC facilities over to " Solar Panels/Power,and that the 10' of 1000's of rate payers
funds spent/invested will in the long term prove a financial benefit and should take some 10 - 11
years to see the capital investment be paid off from the savings of not using the main power grid,
although it was stressed that it would still be required.

Neither the two " Pulse " interviewers,nor the article in the local Tamworth newspaper the Northern
Daily Leader, ? questioned Mayor Murray's - assertions,statements or announcement in regard to

the benefits and the return to TRC rate payers and what/how the so-called " Time line " for when
the 10 -11 years pay back was calculated.

Now as a previous business man/investor there is no way when you get the venture capitalists
only prepared to invest their funds into such a precarious/unpredictable project where if it was not
heavily tax payer subsidies,one way or the other,it would hardly be profitable especially for such
a short commercial period of only,and at most, 20 - 25 years then abandoned it would I possibly
invest my funds because from my experience these blokes know what their doing!!

However ofcourse TRC Mayor Col Murray,the current councilors and even the TRC bureaucrats
that are planning and organising this " Solar Panel " project are spending Tax/Rate Payers funds

and unlike venture capitalists shareholders they have little choice on how TRC or any Local
governments spend the funds and again unlike venture capitalist the Tax/Rate Payers funds are
compulsory obtained by Aussie law under the threat of penalties and or prosecution.

Anyway I believe I can confidently assume that the TRC Col Murray,councilors and even the TRC

bureaucrats will be long gone when the proverbial hits the fan, as I am also confident it will,some
10-15 years from the date the " Sola Panel " project starts.

So let's take a look at the TRC rate payers investment in solar panel energy:

 

First up TRC has to pay the main grid energy suppliers their standing charges whether TRC use
them or not and it would be a " Pipe dream/fanciful hope " that an organisation as important as the
TRC could totally rely on " Solar/battery Power "!!

The " Solar panel " itself will at best operate (50%) of it's considerable short working life,some
20 - 25 years,providing there is sufficient sun light directly onto the panels unless you go to the extra
capital and maintenance expense of having electrically operated computer moving/rotating panels
which in themselves will require much of the power generated by the panels.

Obviously like most things in life if ? the panel was effectively operated at (100%) of the time this
would shorten the panels working life considerably before they needed to be replaced which obviously
would effect " The offset period " making the project unprofitable to say the least.

If TRC has extended rainy,overcast wintery days,to say nothing of the serious effect of several
omnipresent factors such as dust,and let's face it the Tamworth/New England Region has more
dust storms than rain,humidity and air velocity,and again Tamworth/New England Region being an
open agricultural region would be very vulnerable to strong winds,further reducing the "Solar Panels "
photovoltaic cells effectiveness.

As I stated above the solar panels effectiveness themselves ? if the TRC are lucky and the project
goes as planned,deteiriate at least (1%) per panel per year therefore ofcourse you don't need
surely Professor Einstein to calculate a (10% loss -10 years )to (20% loss - 20 years ) reducing
the so-called (50%) efficiency,all things being considered,to at best 40% and then 30% just before
their used by date requiring the TRC rate payers to replace and dispose of the " E-waste " in
possibly ( 20 years ) not ( 25 years ) so ? how will this all effect the so-called " Write-off period "
of the TRC estimate espoused my Mayor Murray of 10 - 11 years ?? ) ? in my view just another

" Pipe dream/fanciful hope " because if the " Solar panels " effectiveness drops to 30 - 40% TRC
will be back to using mains power as a necessity on major projects such as Ray Walsh House the
TRC head office.

Now ofcourse surely we have to take into consideration the fact of the risk of storm/hail damage

that both Sydney/Melbourne experienced recently where 100's of " Solar panels " were either

totally destroyed or badly damaged,either way " Unusable ", and there owners will have to totally
rely on the mains power grid seemingly for many months to come waiting on insurance claims
authorising replacement/repairs and hoping that the insurance payout will cover the replacements??
and ofcourse the various warranty periods have not expired.

However it is becoming more and more apparent that many 1000's of somewhat naive domestic
users have been sold cheap " Special deal "  inferior solar panels/inverters and as a consequence
will deteriorate far quicker therefore if and when the user claims under the "25 year performance
warranty" should they have problems thinking they were covered there is every chance the
manufacturer/installer will claim that the problem comes under the (5) year " Panel warranty "
and if the (5) years has expired good luck with that one.

Now let's consider for this discussion the very short effective shelf life at best of say 20 - 25 years
for a solar panel and even then providing they "Only" operate effectively 50% of the time in the
10-12 hours of sunlight,anymore like anything else will obviously effect the length their shelf life.

Therefore as it is estimated that at least (3.5) million solar panels were installed in Aussie during

2017,and where Aussie Victorians concerned about the Daniel Andrews the Victorian Labor
Premier Parties energy policy,or should I say the lack of it,have installed some 700,000 panels
which I gather is disrupting the main grid as these solar panels push their surplus into the grid
during the day when it is not required by the domestic users and potentially over loading the grid.

Also if we take into account the many " Solar Farms " that are being constructed especially in
Queensland on the Dowling Downs,to name but a few,for instance where Origin Energy is
constructing/constructed a (400,000 solar panel farm ) with at least another one to be built that
will have ( 800,000 panels )and these are two of only 11 that the Western Downs Council has
approved,where these solar farms have been/or will be constructed on various farmers lands
mostly under (25 year) contracts where the land reverts back to the farmer ? or whoever owns
the property at the time.for them to use as they will.

YEAH GREAT ?? WHAT DOES A FARMER DO WITH 400 - 800,000 USELESS SOLAR PANELS
? WHO PAYS FOR THE COST OF REMOVING THEM ? WHERE DO THEY END UP ? NO
RECYCLE FACILITIES OF ANY SIZE IN AUSSIE EXPECTED IN THE NEXT DECADE OR SO.

ADD THIS TO THE (3.5) MILLION,AND CLIMBING BY THE DAY,DOMESTIC INSTALLATIONS
ALREADY INSTALLED WHERE MANY 1000'S ARE ALREADY WELL INTO THEIR SO-CALLED

20-25 SHELF LIFE AND WHERE THIS WILL BE THE GREATEST ( E-WASTE ) DISASTER
HANDED TO OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS,AND WHERE THE MANUFACTURERS/INSTALLERS
HAVE MADE THEIR MILLIONS,IF NOT BILLIONS,THANKS TO PARTLY TAX DEDUCTIONS AND
THE ESTIMATED NEARLY ($5) BILLION PER ANNUM SUBSIDIES WE SUCKER TAX PAYERS
GIVE THESE RENEWABLE MOBS IN ORDER TO MAKE THEIR SOLAR PANEL FARM
VENTURES PROFITABLE, AND WHO WILL BE LONG GONE WHEN THE PROVERBIAL
HITS THE FAN ENJOYING THE FRUITS OUR ENDEAVOURS OVERSEAS !!!!

THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE MASSIVE PROBLEM AUSSIE AND THE WORLD WILL HAVE
OF DISPOSING OF THE HUGE ELECTRIC CAR HALF-TONNE LITHIUMION BATTERIES AS
THEY ARRIVE AT THEIR USED BY DATE.

We have the same problem with so-called " Wind Farms " where it costs a minimum of say
( $2 ) million dollars per wind turbine to install and we are lucky if they work effectively (30%)

of the time depending on the wind,however in storms they have to be shut down to protect
them from damage,and they too get get massive Tax Payer subsidies to make them profitable
for the manufacturer/installer,and they too have ? if we are lucky they are prone to storm
damage,only an expected effective shelf life 20-25 years ? then what do we do with a giant

200 - 400 foot tower anchored down with 15-20 feet of concrete ??.

I gather as these turbine blades get bigger the spars will need to be made of carbon fibre to
avoid them striking the tower.However carbon fibre production requires massive gas furnaces
and is generally more energy intense than glass to say nothing of the processing of the resin.

Every thing about wind turbine generators is their massive structure which in turn requires
the transportation of them to be as equally massive especially to where they need to be located
in country/outback areas.

Now using USA measurements.

For a 1.5 - 2 MW generator you have the Nacelles weighing say 50 tons,blades and their
attachments say another 30 tons,the tower say 70 tons being a total weight of 150 tons
for just ( one ) wind turbine generator.

So that should take say (3) trucks for the blades,(1) for the hub,(2) for the nacelle and (4)

for the towers being a total of (10 ) vehicles in all.

Ok let's take a rough estimate at what that would take in fuel to move those monsters if
they were travelling say a 1000 miles with an average fuel economy of say (5) miles per
gallon that would estimate the vehicles collectively use 50,000 gallons of diesel generating
500,000 pounds of CO2 for every wind turbine generator so ? how long in time would that
generator have to operate to " Off set " the 500,000 pounds of CO2 just in the transport

fuel costs alone ignoring the cost of production and the shipping in from overseas where
they are mostly made ? decades if ever and that is only for ( one ) where there must be
10's of 1000's of them around the world.

wondered why there are so many not running.

And then about the environmentalists,who love the idea of wind turbines.Their first thought is
" Oh,the wind is free. "Is it really free if it costs $2 million per turbine to harvest it ? Unquote.

This whole renewable saga is once again just another political short term ideological,self interest
venture capitalists tax deductable/subsidies fantasy/dream come true with the typical populous
re-active not pro-active action by our pollies and those with self monitory interests promoted by
our media,with special mention in regard to the out of touch greenie/lefty/socialist ABC and SBS
broadcasting networks in Australia who constantly live in this centric major city type bubble and
where alternative views and/or opinions in regard to climate change are totally dismissed out of
hand, and as such not in anyway tolerated,discussed or allowed to be discussed on/over the air
via radio/TV. This also applies when discussing either the USA Trump Organisation or the
Aussie Liberal/National Country parties - where the mantra is Negative,Negative ad nauseam.

Now every time we have hot,cold,wet,stormy,flooding,windy weather,bush fires the media and
the " Global Warming Storm Troopers " blame it on " Global Warming " they have even " Brain
Washed "Aussie school kids to go on strike and refuse to go to classes as a protest to our Aussie
governments perceived lack of action in regard to so-called climate change,and the song sheet
the media and the " Storm Troopers " sing from is that if the world can control carbon dioxide
global warming will be a thing of the past and all will be wonderful and all the " Nasty Weather "
will be either gone or at least controlled.

Mother Nature has been doing her job since whenever ? and will continue to do so until that big star
of ours called the ' SUN ' extinguishes it's self ? hopefully in millions of years,regardless of what we

extinguished before the ' Sun ' Mother Nature will still continue to do her job as efficiently as she
always has because she does not know or care we humans are here and therefore if our presence
is in some way effected by Mother Natures activities well tough we were obviously in the wrong place

We will notice after a storm or least strong winds the ground is littered with leaves,twigs and branches
being the way Mother Nature extinguishes the old to make a place for the new.

However sometimes Mother has to bring in the big guns - thunder storms,hurricane-twister type winds
cyclones and the like - to remove those big old top heavy shallow rooted Aussie Gums that have reached
their " Used by date " and are needed to be felled on the forest floor so they can become decomposed
by various means ? ants and other insects that occupy them in order to replenish the ground for future
vegetation.

Now the fact that we naive humans decide to plant these monsters in either of our front or back gardens
and it falls on our residents,vehicles or even ourselves and not in a forest is of absolutely ' NO ' concern
to Mother,and ofcourse if we pathetic " Know it all humans "  believe that we have the power to control
the worlds climate, which is ofcourse a figment of many peoples furtive imagination!!decide to reduce the
life blood of trees and plants in general that being ' Carbon dioxide ' to a point that the trees suffer in order
to reduce this so-called " Global warming " 50 to a 100 years from now then fell all shade trees around
the properties that exceed 6 feet/3metres in height because obviously the bigger the tree the greater
need for the carbon therefore the greater risk to all of it falling over causing destruction and/or death and
injury.

natures flood plains,water courses,at the bottom of hills,ranges and mountains that have had their natural

Aussie population lives on or close by to our coast line which ofcourse leaves them to the devastating

sequence of events.

How many times do we see rivers in Aussie break down the human levy banks/barricades only to flood
down the main street and later the low-lying suburbs that have little or no elevation above the natural
level or surface.

Droughts and trying to occupy,cultivate land that Mother Nature never intended us to do.

How many times over the centuries and beyond have the pathetic " know it all " human race defied
the natures natural rules of survival and land management and completely destroyed the various
environments – cut down trees ? sometimes complete woodlands/forests/mangroves,diverted rivers,
built dams and the list goes on and on of complete human failures all around the world and I believe
that Aussie is at the front of the queue where the years of drought we have and are experiencing
and the devastation it is causing our farming communities has far less to do with the “ So-called “
Global Warming and far more to do with the fact that the land was not being used for the purpose
that Mother Nature intended and the pathetic human endeavour to prove Mother Nature wrong is
in the long term always met with failure.

Oh yes but look at Israel,you could say,they have converted at least 40% of their sand to be
cultivated land,ok let's look at Israel.

 

Israel has a landmass of 8,630 square miles whereas Aussie is 2,941,299 million square miles
plus water of 26,610 square miles = 2,967,909 sq mls,Israel 270 miles long and 85 miles wide,
Aussie 1969 miles long and 2,511 miles wide,15,532 miles of coastline with only 2.99 people
per square klm and Aussie is the 2nd driest country/continent only to the Antarctic ? therefore
surely there can only be little if any comparison between the two countries.

Even our small Tasmania has a landmass of 10,197 sq miles so we could drop the whole of 

Israel in the centre of Aussies and not know it is there.

Some years ago I lived in the Blue Mts for over 40 years and I cannot recall any year that we did

not have a bush fire and without a doubt the vast majority where started by Mother Nature by
lightening strikes or excessive fuel load of fallen bark,leaf litter,small twigs where with the right
weather conditions - hot,dry and windy,can spontaneously combust.

According to the Australian Government Geosciences Department:

When my family at the time moved to the Blue Mats some (50) odd years ago,to quote an Ex PM

little John Howard about life back in the 1950's where he maintained it was quote " Relaxed and
comfortable " unquote that was how we viewed the Blue Mts.

However a few years later the " Parasitical Greenie Storm Troopers " decided they would take
control of the Blue Mountains Municipal Council by stealth via the ballot box at local government

elections not necessarily as the dominant party but at least get the balance of power which they

did,and believe me when that happened you would have thought we were in a "Communist country".

The Greenie controlled BMCC locked up fire trails from four wheel driving clubs therefore the fire
trails detieriate and became next to useless and over grown,trees/bushes on private property over
(12 ) feet ( 3.7 metres ) required a BMMC permit costing at least $70 plus dollars to be either
trimmed/cut down,I gather in most cases permission was denied,there was so much " Green tape "
introduced to business that some businesses closed and moved on,especially builders,other new
potential businesses thought it was all to hard and went elsewhere.

The BMMC locked up vast swaths of the bush,reduced bush fire reduction with " Burn Off's ",
as a consequence after very few serious bush fires for decades as from 2002 they started to

happen - 2002 Blackheath Glen fire - 2006 Gross Valley - it was not until the devastating fires
in 2013 where (30) houses in a street I once lived in were burnt to the ground being part of the
194 homes that were burnt down in the area at an estimated cost of ($170) million and a
change in the NSW state government to a Liberal/National party where these ludicrous " Greenie "
council rules were changed by the new NSW state government overruling the BMMC.

However my old place with homes burnt to the ground all round it survived, not even scorched,
and where I maintain that by ignoring,at the threat of this Greenie controlled council warning me
that they would take court action action against me if I did not obey their ludicrous rules/regulations.
and implementing my own well researched procedures where most of the other homes that were
burnt down had gone along with the councils instructions.

I have found that most bureaucrats I have encountered not only in Aussie but other countries I
have lived in are just " Over paid out of touch fools '.

So you see dear readers getting rid of coal and the CO2 it creates and all the Aussies national
herd of 26.6 million cattle where it is estimated produces a 250 litre drum full of methane gas
per animal per day by farting will reduce the chance of serious bush fires would be laughable
if it were not so serious,because bush fires,here in Aussie at any rate,are a natural phenomenon/
/event and has happened since forever and will happen forever more regardless of the pathetic
attempt by some of our human,normally western,society to prove they have powers over Mother
Natures climate.??????

 

Bush fires are brought about by natural events,human interference or the lack of action when
needed, and as far as property damage is concern is mostly due to the property having been
allowed to be built in " Fire prone areas " without the proper common sense safe guards.

This whole costly ideological over blown scare campaign relying on so-called " Modeling " of what

might happen (30 ) - (50) - (100 ) years from now and that is interpreted by those that produce
it as " Doom and Gloom " unless modern society changes its ways is rarely,if ever,allowed to be
openly debated by those that have so-called skills and perceived knowledge to disagree/challenge
its findings and this " Big Brother " attitude of " Its proven so suck it up and do as your told " is
putting a huge financial impost on the middle and lower income levels,although I believe it is fast
becoming hard to decipher/differentiate the difference between the two groups, as energy costs rise
and as a consequence this then increases the costs of goods and services across the board in all
aspects of our lives !!!

Where the so-called middle income group,the power house of any economy,will implode under the
financial strain of having to prop up the cost of politicians,Federal,State and local governments,
welfare,bureaucrats,the vast number of ever expanding government departments that expand not
by millions but billions of dollars per year !!

Any person that receives any financial gain from the Tax Payers funds,and anyone that does does
not pay tax they just give the genuine Tax Payer a " Refund ", is a " Liability " not an " Asset " to
the Aussie nation as a whole regardless of their circumstances.

While domestic debt is rising by millions as I type this,wages,salaries,with the exception of pollies,
bureaucrats and governments employees that not only receive pay increases but healthy bonuses
as well at tax payers expence,are at a stand still,meaning they are going backwards as costs
increase,meaning that life being one big " Mathematical Equation " and tipping points can be calculated

for every aspect of our lives and where no doubt the " Tipping point " for the so-called " Middle income "

group is just " One minute to midnight " before it collapses and takes the Aussie economy with it.

Seemingly according to Viv Forbes,the so-called " Green Elite " have a long term agenda to destroy
human industry,reduce the human population as we know it today by opposing farming,mining,fishing,
forestry and exploration and cheap power.

Back in the chaotic dying days of the Whitlam-Cairns-Connor
government, Canberra was buzzing with Rex Connor’s grand
plans for nationalisation of the mining industry, a national
energy grid and gas pipelines linking the NW Shelf to the capital
cities, all to be funded by massive foreign loans arranged by a
mysterious Pakistani named Khemlani. Malcolm Fraser staged
a parliamentary revolt. The economy slumped.

A British observer at that time was asked who was the greater
Prime Minister - Harold Wilson or Gough Whitlam. He replied:
“Any fool can bugger up Britain but it takes real genius
to bugger up Australia.”

Australian politicians are again showing real genius.

Now, we have incredible tri-partisan plans to cover the continent
with a spider-web of transmission lines connecting wind/solar
‘farms' sending piddling amounts of intermittent power to distant
consumers and to expensive battery and hydro backups-all
funded by electricity consumers, tax-assisted speculators and
foreign debt.

We are the world’s biggest coal exporter but have not built a big
coal-fired power station for 11 years. We have massive deposits
of uranium but 100% of this energy is either exported,or sterilised
by the Giant Rainbow Serpent, or blocked by the Greens.

Australia suffers recurrent droughts but has not built a major
water supply dam for about 40 years, and the average age of
our hydro-electric plants is 48 years. And when the floods do
come, desperate farmers watch as years of rain water rush
past to irrigate distant oceans.

Once, Australia was a world leader in exploration and drilling –
it is now a world leader in legalism, red tape and environmental obstructionism.

Once, Canberra and the states encouraged oil and gas
exploration with geological mapping and research - now they
restrict land and sea access and limit exports.

Once, Australia was a world leader in refining metals and
petroleum - now our expensive unreliable electricity and green
tape are driving these industries and their jobs overseas.

Once, Australia’s CSIRO was respected for research that
supported industry and for doing useful things like controlling
rabbits and prickly pear and developing better crops and
pastures.

Now CSIRO panders to global warming hysteria and promotes
the fairy story that carbon taxes and emissions targets can
change the world’s climate.

Once, young Australians excelled in maths, science and
engineering. Now, they are brain-washed in gender studies,
green energy non-science and environmental activism.

Once, Australians were proud of our history, our ancestors
and our achievements - now we are supposed to feel guilty
and apologise.

Once, Australia had a big coastal fleet carrying passengers
and goods and catching fish. Now our roads are clogged with
cars and freight and we import seafood.

Once, the opening of a railway or the discovery of oil, coal,
nickel or uranium made headlines. Today’s Aussies harass
explorers and developers, and queue at the release of the
latest IPad.

As Australia’s first people discovered, if today’s Australians
lack the will or the knowledge to use our great natural
resources,more energetic people will take them off us.
