Subject: ' Maggie Kirkpatrick - Guilty - Teflon Billy Shorten ????? '.

People let me put (2) what the Americans eloquently call " Scenarios " to you.

Scenario (1)

Maggie Kirkpatrick the (74) year old well known TV and stage actor.

Well if you have not heard where some (45) year old women who for legal reasons??? has to

be ' Anonymous ' has come out of the woodwork to accuse Kirkpatrick of " Sexually Assaulting " her some (31) years ago in 1984 when she was a (14) year old psychiatric patient and visiting Kirkpatrick at her home after Kirkpatrick had supplied/cooked her meal then I wonder where you have been?? because it has been across Aussie via the full spectrum of

the media and no doubt gone viral over the internet??.

However ? how good is that were a person can after (31) years come out and crucify a (74) year olds character and because of who the (74) year old is they get maximum negative media coverage and still the accuser remains ' Anonymous ' even though there are no ' Independent witnesses ‘ and it is only her word against Kirkpatrick's and after all it was this "Mystery women" as a (14) year old who being described in court as having been a great fan of the TV show ' Prisoner ' where Kirkpatrick played a staring role to the point of having a quote " Prisoner obsession " unquote plus being a " Prisoner freak " who through a friend had organised the meeting with Kirkpatrick.

I have to wonder that if Maggie Kirkpatrick was not who she is ? whether this " Mystery

Woman" would have bothered considering being charged with two charges of 'Indecent assault' could be just a case of " Touchy feely " where if I walked through say a shopping centre and groped a women's bum or breasts and as far as " Gross indecency " is concerned

it would normally be if I exposed myself to a child under (14) years of age and both are normally judged on community standards ie; was what was does done unacceptable by a reasonable persons standards.

However compared to rape, penetration, physical violence, abuse, causing pain and suffering

and mental trauma as a result out of a scale of 1 to 10 - (10 being the worse) I would reckon

that what has happened to this" Mystery Women " would not be more than say a 3.5 to a 4

at the most on the scale of 1 to 10 in regard to " Sexual Assault " in general.

However what a beauty this Victorian Magistrate is and I quote from an ABC News print out

of Friday the 21/8/2015 @ 4.33 pm:

In sentencing, magistrate Peter Mealy said Kirkpatrick had shown no remorse for her actions.

"The victim here was a vulnerable 14-year-old child. The defendant ( Kirkpatrick ) would have known her to be especially vulnerable in view of her being an inpatient at a psychiatric

[ hospital ]", he said.

" The defendant has had the opportunity of watching the unedifying spectacle of the [ victim ]

recounting the offending and being subjected to extensive and vigorous cross examination "

Now my comments - ? what did this bloke Mealy expect ? here is a 45 year old women coming

out after some 31 years savaging Kirkpatrick's reputation with unsubstantiated accusations and without any independent collaboration plus surely there must be some serious doubts

about this mysterious women's mental state at the time - it being confirmed that she was a

psychiatric patient - that Kirkpatrick's legal mob would go easy on her???.

People you have to wonder about some of these magistrates don't you?

If I was standing in court listening to a person accuse me of what I believe to be unsubstantiated and without independent collaboration accusations and malicious lies whether they were a figment of her furtive imagination - ? considering her possible mental state at the time being an inpatient at a psychiatric [ hospital ] - or not I certainly would not be showing any " Remorse " I would be bloody fuming with anger!!!!

However in his wisdom the magistrate Peter Mealy found Maggie Kirkpatrick guilty and sentenced her to the following:

1. 18 months community corrections order which would mean that Kirkpatrick would have to

do a 100 hours community service.

2. But worsted of all in my book is placing Kirkpatrick on the " Sex Offenders " register for

eight years??

This to me is a despicable vindictive act on behalf of the magistrate considering that it is

the word of this " Mystery Woman " - where it is acknowledged that she was a psychiatric

patient at the time and ? who knows considering that her name and details have been

suppressed she may still be?? and it supposedly occurred (31) years ago ? and Maggie Kirkpatrick's word, who is to all intents and purposes a well regarded professional actor

of many generations! law abiding ! tax paying ! high profile person in the Aussie community!

However I gather Maggie Kirkpatrick is set to appeal in a higher court on September the

11th and I wish her all the best of luck and more power to her because of my lengthy dealings

with the legal system up to and including District Court Level I believe Maggie Kirkpatrick

has had the rough end of the pineapple and even that is an understatement!!!!

If this “ Mystery Women ” again wins her case on appeal on the 11/9/2015 I would not be

at all surprised if this person went for either Victorian or Commonwealth Victim Tax Payer

funded compensation for being sexually assaulted especially as it allegedly took place when

she was (14) years age?

And/or:

Take Civil action for compensation against Maggie Kirkpatrick because it has never more

amazed me how getting paid financial compensation seems to cure all ill’s?? amazing as I

say the “ Cure of the Magic Dollar ” hey????.

However all that said at least this " Mystery Women " has,even though the alleged incident of sex assault - I say " alleged " because I sincerely believe this magistrates decisions/

convictions are " Unsafe or at least unsatisfactory " - is of a minor nature in regard to the

scale of seriousness! happened some (31) years ago! there is some doubt as to the women's

mental state at the time ? the evidence put forward by the " So-called victim " cannot be

substantiated in a material form nor was it witnessed by an independent witness! but at least

she got " Her day in Court !!! " and if Kirkpatrick's appeal goes ahead then this "Mystery Women" will get to reinforce her case in a higher court for a second time!!

Now Scenario (2).

Teflon Billy Shorten Federal Labor Opposition & Union Leader plus Kathy's alleged rapist.

Kathy - Teflon Billy's alleged rape victim.

Well people I am sure regular readers of my blog will know that I have been now prosecuting

the question of why someone like Kathy that alleged that in 1984 as a (16) year old at a Labor

Party Youth Camp in Victoria where I gather Teflon Billy Shorten was a (19) year old Youth Labor Party Organiser and who according to Kathy allegedly raped her in her chalet bathroom could not ? get her day in court??

Well apart from Kathy stating over the air in Victoria when discussing the matter with various

hosts of radio talk back shows that the Victorian police quote " Failed to interview all the witnesses " unquote there was the archaic and antiquated Victorian " Statue of Limitations "

in regard to rape which maybe a legal loop hole that Teflon Billy Shortens no doubt top of the range legal representation may have used to convince the Victorian Police and therefore the Victorian Public Prosecutor to rule that the case against Teflon Billy would not proceed on the basis that there was quote " little likelihood of a conviction " unquote.

There is also I gather since 2007 a law in Victoria, that people under the age of 18 cannot have

sex with anyone. The exception to this being if both people are over (16) and neither party is more than (2) years older than the other and as I gather it is alleged that Teflon Billy was (19) when the alleged rape took place and Kathy was only just (16) (3) years his junior the matter

would surely have been treated as a heinous crime of rape therefore it goes to show that the

Victorian Government and community treat the case of under age sex seriously!!

However it would appear poor old " Kathy" can't win a trick to use a card game terminology?

But surely the case of this " Mystery Women " VS Maggie Kirkpatrick throws a completely different light on the case of Kathy VS Teflon Billy Shorten by any reasonable persons estimations and standards for the following reasons:

1. " Mystery Women " allegedly was sexually assaulted in 1984 at the alleged age of (14) which now makes her (31) years later some (45) years old ? obviously the " Statue of Limitations "

has not applied to her ??? why not - especially as the alleged sexual assault is of a lesser serious nature compared to the alleged heinous crime of rape allegedly committed to Kathy by Teflon Billy!

2. " Kathy " was allegedly raped by Teflon Billy Shorten when she was (16) also in 1984 which now makes " Kathy " (31) years later some (47) year old NSW Nurse and apart from her accusations that the Victorian Police did not do a good job investigating her case considering Kathy is accusing Teflon Billy of the heinous crime of alleged " Rape " which on a scale of ( 1 to 10) (10) being the worsted - it must rate at least (9.5) just (0.5) off of committing murder which ofcourse is the ultimate fate a women can have inflicted on her.

So lets take a look at the similar if ? not the exact circumstances these now 40 something

year old women find themselves in:

a. Both women were allegedly sexually assaulted and raped in 1984.

b. The " Mystery Woman " was then an inpatient of a psychiatric hospital although to my

knowledge " Kathy " was not, yet the Victorian Police were obviously quite happy to accept the unsubstantiated and uncorroborated information - it was not evidence as such - from a person of that status some (31) years ago yet according to " Kathy " did not properly investigate her alleged accusation of the far more serious crime of alleged " Rape " against Teflon Billy Shorten even though " Kathy " maintains she had a witness that although did not actual witness the alleged rape arrived just after the alleged heinous crime had taken place and we are led to believe from " Kathy " that they observed a person leaving her chalet only to find " Kathy " crying and extremely distraught.

c. Both the " Mystery Woman " and " Kathy " were interviewed by the Victorian police.

d. I assume it was the same Victorian Public Prosecutor that reviewed both the " Mystery Woman's " case - or if not then the Victorian Public Prosecutor Office did ? - as did review

" Kathy's " case yet found that in "Kathy's " case quote " Little likelihood of a conviction "

unquote against Teflon Billy Shorten.

Surely any reasonable person would have the right to ask why considering all and more of the

circumstances mentioned above????.

Let's look at the Aussie media and their brilliant effort:

Maggie Kirkpatrick was totally pilloried and denigrated across the board by the Aussie media

with reference to her role as " The freak " in a TV show of life in a women's prison inferring to

her tendances as playing the part of a lesbian.

Whereas considering this bloke Teflon Billy Shorten is potentially the next Prime Minister of this great Nation of Australia the major media - as compared to social media - and their virtual

silence and disregard for Teflon Billy's arrest and questioning over the alleged rape of

" Kathy " was and still is " Deafening " !!!!

The major Aussie media are allowing this alleged rapist to just - to quote Teflon Billy -

" Draw a Line Under it " and refuse to discuss it any further ?? how is that for power and influence and he is only the Aussie Labor Opposition Leader ?? what will they do to or ? for Teflon Billy when he becomes the Prime Minister at the next Federal Election???.

However we must realise ofcourse that our Police forces and members of the media around Aussie have strong Unions affiliations and there is no doubt that Teflon Billy being once a very prominent and powerful Union leader that is personally coming under scrutiny by the current Royal Commission into Trade Unions and has very significant influence over the Union movement and therefore ? who knows maybe it is a shame that Maggie Kirkpatrick was not as influential ? maybe Maggie let her Union membership lapse??.

As far as I am concerned this whole issue of the alleged rape of " Kathy " allegedly by Teflon

Billy Shorten just " Stinks " and I believe this case of the " Mystery Women VS Maggie Kirkpatrick " not only highlights the short comings of our legal system but emphasises the

fact that it is not " what you know " but " Who " and if you want to get justice in this country

make sure you are a wealthy, influential person and have powerful connections!!

However people we can't blame the whole lot on the lack of action in regard to Teflon Billy Shorten by the Aussie media because they are in general under pressure to survive as an

entity themselves but never-the-less going soft on the like's of Teflon Billy Shorten is just going to strengthen the bloggers like me and our readership which from my circumstances means my readership is increasing by the day and as they download my blogs and forward them on means my readership can double and/or triple every time I go into print.

But people if your happy with the status quo then just go back to sleep but don't whinge when you finally wake up and find life has some what changed and is not to your liking because it will be far to late then mate!!!!
