(Me at my place)
I am coming out loud and proud
and declaring the following:
1. I am an Aussie white bloke of European
descent!
2. I am
heterosexual!
3. Although non religious I tend to
believe in the so-called Christian values/belief!
Sir Mike's Comments
21/04/2015.
Also on my blog: www.beautkoot.blogspot.com.au
Freddy Krueger. Like Freddy Krueger - " I'm back ".
To all my many 1000's of readers world wide - still about a 1000 -
1500 per week some
40 - 50,000 PA with the % remaining about the same with say 40%
USA, 20% Aussie and
the rest?? well you name it?? as the song goes " I have been every
where man ' I
apologies for not refreshing my blog but I have had and still have
some personal problems
which no doubt will be subjects for future
blogs.
I have also been waiting for the new NSW government and Opposition
to finalise there
Ministers and Shadow Ministers so I can update my contact list and
I have also included
the Tamworth Mayor and Councilors in case they are interested in
the fact that they have
a long standing international blogger on their patch with a limited
by some standards but
a well targeted none-the-less reader
audience !!.
To the new recipients you will notice that I have a “ NOREPLY ” email address and this has
To the new recipients you will notice that I have a “ NOREPLY ” email address and this has
been brought about by :
1. Me not having to delete the many 100’s of polite computer
generated pollie responses
from the genuine pollies and their staff after receiving this type
of email.
2. As far as the non-pollies are concerned these are for what they
are worth my comments
therefore I would suggest that should anyone either agree,
disagree, or have any alternatives
then the best thing to do is don’t tell me but set up your own blog
or whatever and let the
powers that be know! even though I know from years of experience
that about 25 – 30%
of the pollies across all (3) levels of this over governed country
of ours don’t really care a
stuff and are only in it for the kudos, influence and to stick
their snouts in the Tax Payers
gravy train!! even so if enough of us plebbs rattle their cage loud
and often enough miracles
do happen believe it or not.
Now people I have not long received this email - see attached -
purportedly written by a
Greg Barlow and I certainly cannot claim to be able to authenticate
the details and/or
figures stated however you would have to be ' Freddy Krueger ' not
to have read and/or
heard this subject in the media across the board and the growing
anger it is causing with
Aussie non-Muslims across all races, religions, creeds and
cultures!!
The greatest threat to any country is not the external one it is a
group of secret
sympathisers or supporters of an enemy that engage in espionage or sabotage by stealth
sympathisers or supporters of an enemy that engage in espionage or sabotage by stealth
within the countries defence lines, national institutions,
government departments,
parliament and politics in general within the national
borders!!
Therefore this Halal commercial tax by another name in my view -
and obviously many
10's of 1000's of Aussies agree according to our media - where it
is obviously passed onto
the 97.8% of the non-Muslim Aussies is no less than bully boy stand
over tactics by the
Muslims which ofcourse the average red blooded Aussie will not
stand for or tolerate and
I totally agree with the comments in the attached email and that
our pollies should take a
serious look at it!!
After all we have Royal Commissions looking into Union corruption!
NSW ICAC looking
into the bad habits of our pollies! so how come we can't have an
enquiry into where and
how this commercial tax impost on the average Aussies grocery bill
is being spent?
who by? what for? and could it end up paying for ways - one way or
the other? - that
could result in the deaths of our brave military personnel or even
domestic Aussies from
some home grown low life nut case??.
So read on people and if your not concerned from what you read and
have the attitude
of ' She'll be right mate ' and you don't mind subsidising a
minority Aussie group out
of your and your families weekly grocery money then don't whinge
about the cost of
living increases when all the other religious groups come on board
the gravy train!!!
Sir Mike Howe - but you can call me Mike. scroll
down.
Subject: FW: FW: A Denial of Constitutional RightsThis letter is addressed to a selection of members of Parliament whose responsibility and duty it is to the protect the entire population of Australia. It seems that our government has made a political decision not to adopt a stance against halal certification and naturally, that is your right.
Unfortunately for most, your opinions seem to contradict the thinking of a rapidly growing percentage of Australians. In our various Facebook based groups of 200,000+ members we are of one voice, demanding proper labelling and -a). We are not in favour of our government spending $500,000 of our money to support an Islamic Museum, remembering of course that the vast majority of the remaining costs (whatever that may be) will also be paid for by non-Muslim Australians when they unknowingly buy halal certified products from meat to sanitary pads and dog food.Never in our Nation's history, have the taxpayers been forced to fund any similar facility to any other religious group, and considering the contributions that Hindus, Buddhists, Orthodox Christians, and others have made to the Australian way of life and culture, we believe this decision to be discriminatory and offensive in the extreme.b). We are not in favour of the government spending $10+- million of our money via Centrelink on a Muslim-only old peoples home, simply because Muslims refuse to share such accommodation with non-Muslims, and particularly because the remaining cost (whatever that might be) is also funded by Non-Muslims in the same manner as above.
We despairingly await our government's announcement that similar allocations of our taxes are to be given to every other religious denomination within our population, or at least, to those religions that represent more than 2.2% of our population.c). We agree with the Prime Minister's recent comment while in Tasmania that Australia's export market is worth developing.
We acknowledge however that according to government statistics, less than 8% of Australia's exports are to Muslim dominant countries, and therefore believe that a more pragmatic approach would be to insist adequate and explanatory labelling, allowing the democratic process of choice to be available to people of ALL denominations both within Australia and overseas.
Given that a reported 90+-% of Australian chicken meat and approximately 60+-% of red meat is NOT exported and consumed by the 97.8% non-Muslim Australians, we are concerned that the halal and kosher certification rorts do not truly represent a commercially significant proportion of Australian and world-wide consumers, and therefore, does not warrant the explicit backing of our government. If you think halal certification is not a rort or intrusive, how do you explain the certification of Christian Easter eggs and hot cross buns?d). There is no doubt whatsoever, that the ritual slaughtering as practiced in most Australian abattoirs for both Halal and Kosher certifications, where un-stunned or temporary stunning occurs, is barbaric, cruel and violent to the extreme with no regard whatsoever to the health and well-being of animals.
We believe that this method of slaughter is in contravention of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979.
We note that the RSPCA has unsuccessfully, drawn the government's attention to this cruelty.e). We are incensed with the knowledge that meat rejected by the Muslim slaughter-men as "unfit for Muslim consumption" and therefore haram, is sold to wholesalers and retailers as "non-halal" despite having been ritually slaughtered with those inhumane techniques.
Therefore, if we purchase non-halal meats, there remains the strong chance that the meat has still been devoted to a "God" which we do not worship, and may in any case, be unfit also for non-Muslim consumption.
You will be aware that such meat is wholesaled and retailed anyway, even if a cancer or other health issue is discovered, and we (the non-Muslims) are buying this meat unaware that it is been rejected for health or other reasons.f). We are disgusted by the fact that a few years ago, exports of live animals to Indonesia were ceased on the grounds of extreme animal abuse while such abuse continues here in Australia, seemingly with the approval of our past and present governments.g). We are thrilled that Senator Cory Bernadi, Mr. George Christensen (MP for Dawson) and several other MPs around Australia have agreed to present to parliament a request for a Parliamentary investigation into the halal rort.h). We are extremely agitated that the plethora of evidence suggesting that a part (up to 1/8th) of Australia's halal fees is destined to add financial support to jihadist activities and/or terrorist organisations both in Australia and overseas. To those who may argue that this information is false, one needs to educate oneself on the the sources and purposes of zakat.i). The member for McPherson suggested that a "self-regulatory approach to consumer values" was more pragmatic than a regulatory approach.
We would agree with this statement if not for the clear and obvious fact that retail outlets are being threatened and/or coerced by the halal certification companies if they do not also obtain certification.
If you require examples and proof of these stand-over tactics and the inability of individual retailers to self-regulate, such information is regularly quoted on the internet and can be provided.j). We acknowledge the rights of businesses to make a commercial decision to purchase halal certifications. Your government however, denies US the right to make a commercial decision not to purchase non-halal toothpaste, sanitary pads, chicken meat, milk and other such products.k). Our Freedom of Conscience under International Human Rights legislation is violated by our being forced or unwittingly participating in the religious rites of one or two religions to which we do not belong.
To the contrary, the Islamic community has been provided with that Freedom which is discriminatory against the Jews, Sikhs, Christians and those of other or no faiths which represents 97.8% of our population.l). The refusal by many manufacturers to properly label and the lack of compulsory labeling is contrary to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 which contains prohibitions against deceiving and misleading advertising/packaging.m). Our Prime Minister gave a condescending response to our group explaining that Australia was a "secular country". It seems that giving religious preferences to only 2.2% of our population does not counter the definition of secularism.
97.8%+- of our population do not worship Allah.
It is against my religious beliefs to buy products dedicated to a God that I do not worship, and yet, our government makes no attempt to protect our religious rights by demanding labeling which would allow us to choose.May I conclude?1). We are neither racists nor bigots. Islam is not a race, and a "bigot" is a person who entertains no other religion than their own.
Those who use those terms are simply uneducated in the English language.
The vast majority of Australians are completely accepting of all peoples of all religious persuasions, particularly to the vast proportion who are seriously attempting to assimilate into the Australian society and culture. We simply demand the right to choose products based on our personal preferences, a right which has existed for over 200 years and only removed when our governments approved the halal certification rort which provides unconstitutional preferences to one religious group over all others.2). We believe that the preferential treatment provided to less than 2.2% of Australia's population is discriminatory, is unconstitutional, that the certification fees are treasonous, and that the inherent animal abuses are totally unacceptable in the modern Australian society.Perhaps if enough people read this our voice will be heard.Thank you for your timeGreg Barlow
