Subject: " Teflon Bill - Alleged Rape Victim Speaks Out
"
( Me at my place )
I am coming out loud and proud and declaring
the
following:
1. I am an Aussie white bloke of European
descendancy!
2. I am
heterosexual!
3. Although non religious I tend to believe in
Christian
values/beliefs!
Mike's Comments -
9/10/2014.
Teflon Bill Shorten.
Well people as you can read from the Shane Dowlings Kangaroo Court Publications attached – scroll down- the lady that has accused Teflon Bill Shorten of raping her at a Labor Party youth camp back in the 1980’s has identified herself although just by her first name plus a photo which I my view considering the very powerful and comparatively - by her standards – wealthy Union & Federal Labor Opposition leader possibly the second most powerful and influential pollie in the country next to the Prime Minister would take a great deal of courage!! and good on her more power to her arm!!!!!!
You know I find the predicament that Teflon Bill finds
himself in some what ironical because there we have his mother –
in - law the Ex Aussie Governor General Dame Quentin
Bryce together with the current Aussie Governor General Sir
Peter Cosgrove joining forces to support in no meaningless way the Ex Federal
Democrat Natasha Stott Despoja the Chair of the foundation to “ Prevent Violence against Women & Children ” which is a joint initiative of the Victorian and Commonwealth governments based none other than in Teflon Bills home town of Melbourne non – the –
less??
Dame Quentin Bryce
Natasha Stott Despoja
Now lets suppose from the point of discussion that Teflon Bill becomes the PM of this great country of ours after being accused – but not proven in a court of law – of the heinous crime of rape which to all intents and purposes would be the worst thing that could happen to a female other than being murdered ofcourse.
However it comes to pass that as PM Teflon Bill and his government is ask to implement into law the findings of this illustrious foundation and the recommended penalties for people committing such crimes which just coincides with Kathy the alleged rape victim taking legal action against the Victorian Police and Teflon Bill which as explained below ofcourse Kathy is quite entitled to do!! and I am sure reading and listening to Kathy on the attached and other comments in the media in regard to this case Kathy would do if she like Teflon Bill had the financial and other resources to do so?? as is often stated the law is the rich play thing of the rich and powerful at the expense of the not so rich and powerful!!!!!!
? So what does Teflon Bill Shorten now PM do??
? Does Teflon Bill step aside as PM while the legal proceedings are taking place??
? What if like the case mentioned below of Jemma Ewin Kathy wins a case against the Victorian Police?
? What if Kathy wins the case in court against Teflon Bill and like Rolf Harris – who did not to my knowledge commit the heinous crime of rape yet got (5) years jail – will Teflon Bill be the first PM to be jailed for anything let alone the heinous crime of rape??
As with the case of Catherine Fisher who was
interviewed on ABC Radio National recently who is the author of a
very successful book “ I am Catherine Jane Fisher ” which
describes her (12) year battle to get justice after being
raped by a USA Service man in Japan where like Kathy and
Jemma Ewin in Victoria the Japanese Police did not believe
her nor did the USA military if fact the military moved the
soldier out of Japan to the USA so that he could not be
investigated or tried in Japan.
The book describes the financial – some 100’s of 1000’s dollars – plus the great emotional cost to her and her family until after (12) years she finally got this low life rapist into a USA court and found guilty!!
Therefore even with my limited legal experience the fact that Kathy states – Quote “ They failed to interview all the witnesses – referring to the Victorian police – ”Unquote means the police file is by no means closed and in my view is it any wonder the Victorian Prosecutor was reluctant to prosecute Teflon Bill Shorten based on the premise that there was little likelihood of a conviction??????? so much for justice??
I have every confidence that if Kathy set up an internet Cloud Surfing Account requesting funds on line to set up a fighting found to enable Kathy to regain her dignity and self respect as a women in our Aussie society by having enough funds to do what the Victorian Police would appear to have failed to do and that is have her day in court then I believe Kathy would find the Aussie population more than generous in helping
Kathy financially if for no other reason than to see justice done one way or the other!!!
Now obviously I don’t know who is telling the truth only Kathy and Teflon Bill Shorten know that!!
However what has got right up my nose with this bloke Teflon Bill Shorten in regard to this case is his utter arrogance and superior ego that gives him to believe that as a Union & The Federal Labour Opposition Leader he is not answerable to anyone and quote “ draws a line under ” anything he decides not to talk about and/or discuss even when being accused and not found innocent of the heinous crime of raping a (16) year old girl who now as a middle aged women is accusing the Victorian police of not doing their job properly hence it would appear the reluctance of the Victorian Prosecutor to proceed in taking Teflon Bill to court accused of rape??
Now regardless of the possibility of the archaic and antiquated Victorian “ Statue of Limitations ” in regard to rape which maybe a legal loop hole that someone like Teflon Bill Shorten with his no doubt top of the range legal representation may have used to convince the Victorian police and therefore the Victorian Prosecutor to drop the case it certainly in my view is not a good look for a bloke like Teflon Bill Shorten who hopes to become the next PM of this great country called Australia!!
People this bloke Teflon Bill Shorten Union Leader and Federal Labour Opposition leader and now married for the second time into Aussie Royalty is living a charmed life with media blackouts in regard to him being accused of the heinous crime of raping a (16) year old girl a treatment which I believe would be far and beyond something afforded to the average Aussie plebb so surely the question in regard to someone holding such a high public office is WHY??????????
Since 2007 in Victoria, people under the age of 18 cannot have sex with anyone. The exception to this being if both people are over 16 and neither party is more than 2 years older than the other.
So although this law would not apply to the case of Kathy and Teflon Bill Shorten it must surely state the seriousness that the Victorians attitude is to under age sex and that is apart from setting up this joint foundation – mentioned above – in regard to the “ Prevention of Violence against Women and Children ” which surely a heinous case of rape would be!
Ok people speak up if you find the one rule/law for us and one for the powerful and privileged very unacceptable if not and you are happy with the status quo then don’t whinge when you get the rough end of the pineapple you bloody desire it!!

BILL SHORTEN AND THE $500,000 AWARDED TO ANOTHER RAPE VICTIM
Kathy, who was
allegedly raped by Bill Shorten outed herself in an interview with News Ltd
which was published on Thursday (2/10/14). She in effect said that the police
covered it up with one example being that they failed to interview all the
witnesses. This is consistent with numerous other rape cover-ups by the Victoria
Police. One victim, Jemma Ewin, was awarded $500,000 compensation in August this
year.
The rape allegation
against Bill Shorten is a ticking time bomb that is getting louder and louder
and will not go away and it got a lot louder when Kathy outed herself in the
media this week. When it goes off is anyone’s guess but it will be sometime
between now and the next federal election.
This website has covered the rape
investigation since last November with numerous posts (Click here to read)
and I will continue to do so because it
has numerous ramifications for federal politics. The reporting of the
investigation also shines a spotlight on the failings of the mainstream media
and the rise of people using social media in their attempts to get
justice.
Key point – Kathy
has done at least three interviews and has not asked for
money.
Kathy (she asked
that her last name is not published) has to my knowledge not asked for money for
any interviews and that gives her more credibility than if she had asked for
money. It also points to her wanting justice and nothing
else.
Brief
background
Kathy raised the
rape allegations on Facebook last year and then made a police complaint. The
Mainstream media reported the a “A
SENIOR Labor figure is under investigation by Victoria Police after it was
alleged he raped a teenager” in
November last year but did not name him even though Bill Shorten was being named
on social media. I published my first post on the 29th November 2013 naming
Shorten.
On the 21st of
August this year Shorten outed himself after it was reported that the police
would not be charging the “SENIOR Labor
figure”.
On Thursday News Corp published
their interview with Kathy. (Click here to read) Part of that interview is in the below
video.
Bill Shorten and
Kathy
.
On the same day News
Corp published their story Channel 7, Channel 9 and Channel 10 ran with stories.
Radio Stations 2GB (click
here) and 3AW (Click here) broadcast interviews with Kathy on
Friday (3/10/14). None of them added a lot of additional information but worth
noting because it shows the story is growing
Jemma Ewin and other
Victoria police rape cover-ups
It was reported on
the 14th August 2014 on the ABC’s 7.30 Report program:
“It was a sexual harassment case
that set a new landmark in compensation. This week the Federal Court upheld a
half million-dollar payout to Jemma Ewin, who suffered repeated unwanted sexual
advances from a co-worker. Despite the hefty civil penalty, a criminal charge of
rape was never brought because of a lack of evidence. Jemma Ewin now wants an
inquiry into why it the police didn’t proceed in the hope it might encourage
more women to report sexual assault.” (Click here to
read the full transcript or watch the report)
So the question has
to be asked why did the Victoria Police never charge Claudio Vergara with rape?
The police at one stage even told Jemma Ewin that they felt she had made it up
yet she able to get compensation of $500,000 in the Federal Court for the rape
that the Victoria police said she made up.
Mrs Ewin’s
lawyer, Rod Keuris said of the police investigation “they were more trying to disprove the matter than
prove the matter”
In another case in
2009 also on the 7.30 Report:
“A woman, we’ll identify only as
‘Kate’, who claims she was raped by a Carlton player, says she was offered
$20,000 by Victoria Police after it bungled its investigation of the case, and
rejected it. There has since been a settlement.” (Click here to
read more)
Both cases sound
very similar to Kathy and her allegations that the Victoria Police did not do
their job properly and covered-up the allegations against Bill
Shorten.
Political impact –
Sacking Bill Shorten
The Labor Party is
in crisis at the moment even if they do try to appear united. They all know they
can not go to the next election with Shorten as leader because if they do the
biggest issue during the campaign will be the rape allegations. And they need a
new leader now to give them as much time as possible to build support with the
voters.
All Shorten’s
enemies in the Labor Party have more fire-power than they need now to get rid of
him. But do they have the stomach for the fight?
Next step for Kathy
is quite possibly civil proceedings and then what does Bill do? Fight the claim
and have it drag on for a long time, maybe up to and past the next election and
in voters minds? Or does he settle, which will be seen as an admission of guilt
by many voters no matter what spin Bill puts on it.
Another possibility
is the Kathy could institute criminal proceedings herself where there is no
statute of limitations. That would be the biggest danger of all for Mr
Shorten.
Kathy is not going
away
Imagine being a
Labor Party candidate knowing every time you make a public appearance at the
next election campaign it is almost guaranteed that you will have to lie and
deceive on behalf of Mr Shorten about the rape. And you know that the public are
not going to believe your garbage.
Once Shorten
breached Crisis Management 101 and failed to go on the front foot and deny the
allegations publicly last year he lost the battle. Anyone in Crisis Management
will tell you that and from here on in Shorten is fighting a losing
battle.
It’s up to Kathy
whether or not she takes any further action but that does not mean Bill Shorten
is off the hook if further action is not taken. Voters will want answers and a
fully detailed account of what did or didn’t happen before they vote at the next
election. And giving a fully detailed account will not happen as it is too
dangerous for Shorten as he might get caught out lying and it will not save his
political career anyhow. Bill Shorten has to make a move but what does he do?
Whatever he does do is a huge risk but to do nothing is
worse
